New materials for natural looking fillings

The best solution for a brand new smile

Nothing is better than natural teeth. But when you have decay, composite fillings (also called “white” fillings) can repair your teeth with a color-matched material, keeping your smile looking natural.

Old silver fillings, also called amalgam fillings, can be unsightly and cause your teeth to have a gray or blackish appearance. We often find hidden cavities lurking under these old fillings. Amalgam fillings are known for being "radiographically opaque". This means we cannot see decay around it in a radiograph. Once removed, we clean away the decay and apply a tooth-colored filling. Patients find this changes the color and brightness of their smile immensely. Get rid of the gray, go white!
