For many patients, traditional dental insurance has become confusing, frustrating, and expensive. At Quality Dentistry, we see this every day. Patients pay monthly premiums, but when it comes time to use their benefits, they often discover limitations, waiting periods, exclusions, annual maximums, or coverage restrictions that make dental care feel harder than it should be.
We understand that frustration because we experience it too.
As a dental office, we work with insurance companies every day. We see how difficult it can be for patients to understand what is covered, what is not covered, and why a treatment that is recommended by their dentist may not be fully covered by their plan. Over time, we began asking ourselves if there was a simpler, more transparent way to help patients receive the care they need.
That is why we created the Quality Dentistry Membership Plan.
We have had the idea of offering an in-house dental membership plan for quite some time. This year, we finally launched it.
Our goal was simple: create a plan that makes preventive dental care easier to access, easier to understand, and more affordable for patients who do not have traditional dental insurance or who are frustrated with the limitations of their current coverage.
With our membership plan, patients choose the plan that best fits their needs and pay a monthly membership fee. Everything is handled through our plan website, making the process simple and convenient. Once enrolled, the monthly fee is placed on autopay, so patients do not have to worry about renewing or managing complicated paperwork.
The plan fee covers diagnostic and preventive care and also unlocks a 20% discount on most dental services.
One of the most important parts of creating our membership plan was making sure it worked for different types of patients.
Some patients simply need routine preventive care, such as cleanings every six months. Others need more frequent visits because they have periodontal disease and require periodontal maintenance. We wanted our plan to reflect those real-life differences.
Gail Banning, a longtime Quality Dentistry team member, has become our resident expert on the membership plan.
“We have several plans so our patients can choose what suits their situation,” Gail explains. “Some patients need a cleaning every six months, while others need more frequent visits because of periodontal disease.”
That flexibility allows patients to select a plan that better matches their dental health needs instead of trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all insurance policy.
Dental insurance can be complicated. Patients often have to navigate deductibles, waiting periods, missing tooth clauses, frequency limitations, downgrades, annual maximums, and services that may or may not be covered.
Our membership plan is different.
Patients know what their monthly fee is. They know what preventive services are included. They know they receive a 20% discount on most additional services. There are no insurance claims to submit, no waiting for insurance payments, and no confusing insurance language to interpret.
Gail works with patient estimates and dental insurance every day, and she has seen the difference firsthand.

Preventive care is one of the most important parts of maintaining a healthy smile. Unfortunately, patients without dental insurance sometimes delay cleanings, exams, and necessary treatment because they are concerned about cost.
Our membership plan was created to help remove some of those barriers.
By including diagnostic and preventive care in the monthly membership fee, patients are encouraged to stay consistent with their dental visits. Regular exams and cleanings help us catch problems earlier, monitor changes, and recommend treatment before small concerns become larger and more expensive issues.
For patients who need additional dental treatment, the 20% discount on most services helps make care more manageable.
This membership plan was not created by an insurance company. It was created by our dental office, based on what we know our patients need.
We wanted something simple, practical, and patient-friendly. We wanted patients to have an option that gives them access to preventive care and meaningful savings without the frustration that often comes with traditional dental insurance.
So far, our patients have been very happy with the plan.

I have been going here for 20years now! I absolutely love it. I enjoy getting my dental cleanings. My last hygienist had retired and now I have a new favorite hygienist, Rochelle. She and her assistant Julie are so kind and funny. Both super gentle and thorough with explaining things. Dr. Wong (Dale rd) and Dr. Du (Tully Rd) are the dentist I see and they’re awesome. Great chair side manners as well. Both offices have nicest staff and very clean rooms.
