Note on insurance

We understand the value of insurance benefits and will assist you in obtaining maximum benefits from your plan. We will gladly submit your insurance claims for you, as long as you provide us with all the necessary information. We will also estimate as closely as possible, your deductible and your portion of the bill. The estimated amount not covered by your insurance is due at the time of service or by one of the options listed above.

**Our estimate of your coverage is just that, an estimate. We are usually very accurate. Occasionally, insurance companies deny claims that we didn't predict. In these instances, the remaining balance is due by you. We will not enter into a dispute with your insurance company but are happy to resubmit claims if you request us to do so. Our insurance department is always happy to answer your insurance questions.
